We have the pleasure to announce you another workshop hosted on Thursday, 22nd of
December in our open to public studio at number 4, Liveni street.
You will learn how to make cocktails, from Tug, a master who practices bartending as art.
The evening drinks making will start at 8pm and all the classics will be in attendance:

Modern Day Twists - Spirit with mixers and energy drinks

★★★ Feel up your senses ★★★ Te invit sa-ti deschizi porii imaginatiei prin panzele lui Lucian Dedita la expozitia de arta ce imortalizeaza prin simturi ascutite, viciile, esenta si zaharul. Vernisajul isi agata operele de peretii clubului Our Evolution, loc modificat de simtul estetic rafinat si gratia schimbarilor. Paseste-n orele 21:00, pe 23 decembrie, printre cupe de prosecco in ecoul muzicii ambientale ce te vrea acolo sa te conduca la brat pe drumul pavat cu amor artistic. Universul de acoarela si viori va clati ochii sufocati de spatiu poluat de claxoane si hai sa-ti gadili corzile din piept cu evadari senzoriale. Din pragul orei 22:00, iluzia povestii continua cu Live Band 3 ce inspira trip-hop si lounge, urmandu-i indeaproape, la miez de noapte, Jo.E ce va colora atmosfera prin nu-jazz, disco si jazz-funk. La ora 2:00 DJane Sabatine inteapa timpanele cu ritmuri de deep-techno, house si minial. Explozia de sunete cochete vine sa urce sangele inapoi in vene prin temperaturi vii si aristocratia vibratiilor. Feel up your senses

If we were to summarize the first Culinary Workshop held on December 4th, it would be hard to express more than the pictures and the devouring participants said! The workshop started with a resistance test for its participants. Therefore, we were all evaluated to see how much we can smell and see the amazing-to-be food, but not be able to eat it until it was entirely ready. And this test had the name of Spagetti Bolognese, „autographed” Alex Puicea. For a little show off and a hint for what might follow, the result we all expected looked like this:
We all passed the test, as in we didn’t attack Alex and steal some spaghetti, and enjoyed our full plates in a matter of minutes.
The second pasta type was alla Carbonara, and thanks to Andrei Tandara we might actually be able to try that at home since he actually gave us a lot of tips on how to make things short and fun. His skill and experience proved us all that Culinary Workshops are much more taught full that we expected. Though it took less time to prepare, it felt like we were all starving again by half of its cooking time, so the best pictures we took were with empty plates and happy people!
By the end of the workshop, nobody cared about the calories or the hour. We all cared if there was more left to eat or take away, we cared to ask more on how to make them in our normal kitchens but perhaps with less experience, and we obviously gathered to share impressions and a large cup of delicious tea.
So the first edition made us “hungry” for new ideas in the near future!
